JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare Purchase Order
- Liaise with suppliers and forwarders and ensure the goods are delivered on time
- Handle administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls
- Perform any other adhoc tasks given by Supervisor
- Liase with warehouse for stock check
- Checking of container packing list
- Preparing Trust Receipt / LC to Bank
Requirement:-
- "O" / "N" level ; NITEC / ITE
- PC literate
- Good communication skills
- Pro-active
- Able to start work immediately
- 5-1/2 days days work (9am to 6pm) Alternate Sat
