Roles and Responsibilities:
· Engineering Project Specialist to support notebook/desktop PC Hardware tracking, inventory management, shipping arrangement, IUR distribution and support arrangement.
· Track HW(IUR) shipments
· Logistics - Shipping and receiving, shipment documentation.
· Customs clearance and related issue resolution.
· IUR management related process and communication.
· Distribute IUR and resolve any internal issues from team.
· Execute local IUR borrow & return request comply with policy.
· Maintain inventory of all Harware(IUR), include HW recycle implement.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills
• Basic PC Notebook/Desktop knowledge included Hardware system components parts and software apps.
• HP Notebook/Desktop system level operation include dash, BIOS flash and HW replacement would be plus.
• logistics experience, ODM background with general system regulation knowledge
• Able to think critically and detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks to solve problems efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
Most importantly this role needs to :
Provide technical support at the Material Science Lab , and have experience & license for operating :
Analysis instruments for electronics products, including FTIR/ GCMS/ XRF/ SEM/ EDS/ Real time X-ray radiography/ metallographic sample preparation / Mechanical Testing Systems and Reliability Testing Systems.
2. Metrology equipment – hardness, mechanical testing machines, optical measurement systems
3.Perform quality, reliability and failure analysis on electronic product assemblies
