Key Responsibility:
Logistic Operations
- Perform daily logistics operations (e.g., Maintenance of the studios / equipment and including the logistics for public events)
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work on trampolines to ensure safety and high-performance standards.
- Assist in assembling new trampolines and replacing faulty trampolines at studios.
- Process trampoline orders and delivering to customers.
- Manage logistics for jumping events:
- Prepare required equipment and other materials / items for events (including disinfecting equipment before use).
- Support the transport and set up of trampolines for events.
- Set up of stage and sound system for events.
- Support instructors with Bluetooth headset connection.
- Take attendance and photos at HPB events and send it to them for their records.
- Pack up and remove trampolines, stage, and sound system after events.
- Pay part-time workers and document payment records after every event.
- To distribute flyers at events.
- To supervise part-time workers and control trampoline maintenance workflow.
Administrative
- Conduct regular stock-taking and report on trampoline count and accessories for audit and reorder purposes. (E.g., Monitor and report on the number of pieces per maintenance day.)
- Assist in supporting and keeping the inventory system up to date.
- To learn and support in the generation of monthly profit-sharing reports
Shelter Support
- Support New Hope CS in moving furniture, collecting, and delivering ration, running errands, fetching beneficiaries and other general work.
- Ensure the proper storage of trampolines at Transit Point @ Margaret Drive storage area.
Others
- Any other related duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

- Reports to Head (Business Development and Operations), Jumping Singapore
