Job Responsibilities:
- Handle invoice verification and payment processing
- Posting of daily transactions
- Generate monthly reports including statements of accounts
- General accounting and administrative duties
- Assist in year-end audit
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:·
- Diploma in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting, preferably in legal services environment
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and organised individual with strong initiatives
- Positive work attitudes and flexible, especially in the period of month/year-end closing and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and fast paced environment with firm timelines
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in LegalPac system will be a plus
- Proficient with MS Office especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
