Job Description:
1. Work with all stakeholders to develop capability development plan and define project specifications.
2. Ensure on-time and on-target delivery of project requirements.
3. Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology.
4. Developing and maintaining APIs and microservices.
5. Developing lambda functions
6. Creating and maintaining DynamoDB databases
7. Maintaining API gateway and AppSync based APIs
8. Developing and maintaining mobile app backend
9. Ensuring responsiveness of applications
10. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
11. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
12. Support, maintain and enhance of system performance to ensure meet SLA
13. Inspect the code base and fix miss alignment with the architecture guidelines.
14. Someone who makes the team both productive and fun to work
15. Proven experience in Release Project management tools like Bitbucket, JIRA etc. and CI and CD testing tools like Jenkins.
16. Ability to lead a team with ability to plan and manage development and delivery capacity
17. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
18. Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.
19. Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
20. Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
21. B.Tech. or B.Eng. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
22. At least 4 years in-depth knowledge and experience of front-end and backend development for consumer facing applications.
23. Proficiency in C like languages and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
24. At least 3 years of experience developing in Python and NodeJS.
25. At least 2 years of experience using AWS serverless architecture.
26. Demonstrable use of CI/CD for app development
27. Experience with Python is desired.
28. A deep understanding of OOP concepts, MVC frameworks and API consumption (REST, XML feeds, SOAP) is essential
29. Strong technical documentation skills
