Job Description:
1. Work with all stakeholders to develop capability development plan and define project specifications.
2. Ensure on-time and on-target delivery of project requirements.
3. Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology.
4. Developing and maintaining front end website applications, back end website applications
5. Designing, developing and maintaining user interactions on web pages.
6. Developing and maintaining mobile apps
7. Creating servers and databases for functionality
8. Ensuring responsiveness of applications
9. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
10. Designing and developing APIs
11. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
12. Support, maintain and enhance of system performance to ensure meet SLA
13. Inspect the code base and fix miss alignment with the architecture guidelines.
14. Someone who makes the team both productive and fun to work
15. Proven experience in Release Project management tools like Bitbucket, JIRA etc. and CI and CD testing tools like Jenkins.
16. Ability to lead a team with ability to plan and manage development and delivery capacity
17. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
18. Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.
19. Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
20. Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
21. Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
22. Familiarity with database technology such as Dynamodb, MongoDB, MSSǪL and Oracle.
23. Proficiency with server-side languages such as Java
24. Knowledge in Spring Boot / Spring MVC / JaveScript / jǪuery and Microservices
25. Proficient in at least one of the popular front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or AngularJS, Flutter, Dart and mastering Vue.js is a big plus.
26. Should have very good Logical / analytical Skills
