Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Required to work on shift basis, including weekends and PHs
Responsibilities:
• Respond to and manage incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries.
• Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into our various software systems.
• File guest correspondence and other reservation documentation.
• Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.
• Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.
• Assist in the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in.
• Assist with customs and immigration clearance.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and explain the next steps in the journey.
• Troubleshoot problems that may arise and remain calm and positive.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reservation.
