Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Bacha Coffee Brand.com, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across BachaCoffee.com, social media, search engines, and other channels. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of branding, digital marketing, consumer relationship marketing and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of marketing campaigns, and management of loyalty marketing and has primary working relationships with the Design, Public Relations, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (media agencies etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Campaign Activation

  • Assist with the creation, execution and management of multi-channel online promotions and thematic campaigns globally.
  • Work with franchisees and subsidiaries to develop market specific and market appropriate content and campaigns to drive sales.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of eCommerce campaigns and order fulfilment

  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Update monthly online marketing calendars, making sure internal and external teams are aligned
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, assessing results against goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service

Performance Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Support development of media strategies and plan for activation across paid channels to drive traffic to BachaCoffee.com, drive conversions, increase customer base and promote active engagement.
  • Work with eCommerce manager and agency to implement the right growth strategies for BachaCoffee.com through paid social and search campaigns.
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to optimise paid campaigns.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic web traffic.

Site Merchandising and Optimisations

  • Review merchandising on-site, for the best consumer journey
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of online user experience
  • Contribute valuable ideas to support revenue growth, number of orders, number of customers, and average order value
  • Contribute to the optimisation of eCommerce content and design to match brand guidelines and improve user experience.
  • Support management of content of Bacha Coffee’s multiple sites via CMS and other platforms, ensuring full site functionalities and content accuracy, when required

Loyalty Programme and Consumer Lifecycle Marketing

Develop and manage loyalty programme alongside internal teams, to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.

Design and implement loyalty campaigns, rewards and incentives to engage and retain customers.

Provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improved content, eCommerce journeys, and direct marketing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.

Assist to contribute ideas about new manners to engage with customers, whether through CRM, software innovations or exceptional luxury experiences.

Report and Analysis

Utilise analytics tools to monitor and provide actionable insights for improvements.

Compile weekly, monthly and annual digital marketing campaign performance reports for eCommerce Manager.

Others

  • Keep updated and informed by doing research into luxury brand.com platforms across markets and domains
  • Stay up to date on new technologies to ensure Bacha Coffee always offers the very best user experience

Requirements

  • 2-4 years working experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce, media planning or other similar roles
  • At least 2 years of working experience in online D2C
  • Mastery of basic digital marketing principles, such as target segmentation, category, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy.
  • Have strong analytics skills and problem-solving capabilities, with an understanding of E-Commerce specific metrics – CPA, CR%, CTR, ROAS etc.
  • Knowledge of key acquisition platforms for Search, Display, Social (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) and Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Management Systems)
  • Experience dealing with local and international markets and customers.
  • Knowledge of basic CRM and CMS environments and features.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social platforms.
  • Knowledge of website design, html, search and social advertising, URL architecting, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Fluent English and strong writing skills.
  • Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus.
  • Completion of Google Analytics Certification is a must
  • Completion of Google Adwords and Meta Advertising certifications is a plus
  • Work experience in an agency is a plus
  • Positive character who is able to pivot across multiple tasks
