Position Overview:
As our company is in the growing phase, we are seeking a dynamic and customer centric Senior Marketing Manager to support our business development activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in both inbound and outbound marketing activities, as well as a creative mindset to help us remain fresh and competitive in the biopharmaceutical industry. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to growing sales pipeline, and will hold key responsibilities as stated below.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Market Research and Analysis
· Conduct market research to identify industry market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
· Develop intelligence reports for the CDMO market.
· Provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.
2) Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
· Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects.
· Drive marketing lead generation with the aim to grow sales pipeline.
· Meet with customers to understand key trends/ pain points to develop marketing strategies.
· Organize and participate in tradeshows to promote company’s offerings.
3) Content Development
· Develop contents for marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences.
4) Stakeholder Collaboration
· Support BD team in Go-to-Market strategy.
· Work closely with executive leadership.
5) Performance Metrics and Recommendations:
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
· Track ROI and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification:
1) Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, in Life Sciences, Business Administration or relevant field.
2) Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in biologics or pharmaceutical industries.
- Past working experience with biologics CDMO advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing global marketing strategies.
3) Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics 365 etc).
- Familiarity with clinical databases (e.g. Global Data, Clarivate, Citeline etc).
4) Interpersonal Skills:
- A good team player with collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive nature to identify and resolve challenges encountered.
5) Travel requirements:
- Global travel to support 1 – 2 major conferences annually.
- Adhoc basis depending on business requirements.
