Working Hours : 5 days, 9am-6pm
Location : Orchard Rd.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee insurance and patient claims processing.
- Manage AR collections related to patient claims.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Maintain detailed claims records and prepare reports.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and third parties.
Requirements:
- 2-years of claims processing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient claims and AR collections.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
