Responsibility：
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software and have experience managing construction projects. In addition to overseeing project execution, the Construction Project Manager will handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the project team and with clients.
Job Description：
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction project, from initial design through completion, including major upgrading works.
- Create and review detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule.
- Prepare and submit project status reports, budget updates, and other administrative documents as required.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records of all project-related activities.
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Work under hot environments and handle physical tasks, including carrying heavy goods (up to 25kg), loading, and unloading.
- Work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Requirement：
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software is mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
