As a Marketing Assistant/Executive, your role will involve supporting the brainstorming and execution of marketing campaigns, including content strategy and management of social media platforms for the organization and its affiliated companies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and deploy campaigns across various channels.
Job Description
- Assist in creating marketing collateral for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Design and develop marketing materials and communications.
- Produce, edit, and manage video content.
- Organize and maintain video files and assets.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Write and develop copy for online content, social media, and marketing messages.
- Ensure that the social media strategy aligns with overall brand goals and objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain equipment and accessories.
- Collaborate with other business functions during campaign execution and activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any marketing-related discipline
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other languages
- High level of creativity
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for good composition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
