Job Scope:
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Possess approved tertiary or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 of experience in asset management or related field
