Responsibility：
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the production of various food products not elsewhere classified (N.E.C.), excluding food chemicals and additives. This role demands a high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of food manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing environments, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Job Description：
- Conduct regular inspections and audits at the factory to assess production processes and hygiene standards.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in varying temperatures, both cold and hot environments.
- Occasionally accompany senior management on visits to store fronts for food and hygiene inspections.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Stay current with advancements in food manufacturing technologies and integrate innovative solutions into the production process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with relevant food safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Able to carry heavy goods, about 25kg, load and unload.
- Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.

Requirement：
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Candidate must possess Hygiene Cert
• Bilingual language requirement, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
