Job Description:
- In charge of company overall operations (HR, IT, Finance, Logistics, Maintenance/ Service), provide administrative and personal assistant support to Director directly.
- Coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Updating of company profile.
- Organization of fiscal documents.
- Order stationery and equipment for the office & groceries for the pantry.
- Responsible for recruitment, including posting job listings on portals, filtering resumes, arranging interviews, and extending offers to candidates.
- Handle employees’ queries.
- Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits, processing of employees’, claims (approx 15 headcounts)
- Planning of in-house events such as Chinese New Year Dinner, 7th Month Praying, Christmas Party and employee engagement activities.
