The purpose of RGF Career Advisor is to be the brand ambassador to achieve market position within the specialization by establishing, further developing, and building candidate relationships. The Career Advisor will be required to implement and execute sourcing and attraction strategies to fulfill the client’s requirements. In addition to this, the Career Advisor will also need to work closely with the Recruitment teams to share knowledge and intel shared by the candidate to help support the teams keeping abreast of the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and internal referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other consultants to ensure a deep understanding of the client’s requirements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates and providing timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, sales and/or customer service in any field.
  • KPI oriented with strong motivation to achieve targets.
  • Experience in a recruitment agency, mainly handling both candidates is highly preferred.
  • He/she are passionate, ambitious, resilient, and driven to succeed.
