Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our marketing campaigns
Promote & market company's products and services
Handle incoming calls, queries and feedback
Assist to arrange appointment for customers to the respective outlets
Achieve turn up rate for outgoing calls
Job Requirements:
Service & Sales oriented
Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good telephone etiquette
Min 1 year experience
Applicable for Singaporean only
