Working Location: Orchard
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of dishes and cooking as required.
- Preparation of ingredients such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat etc.
- Conduct routine ingredient stock inspections and ordering to ensure no shortage of inventor
- Serve all food and beverages at the specified times
- Ensure daily knowledge of the food to be served, together with the appropriate garnish, portions and prices.
- Assisting the Cook/Chefs with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
- Keep the cooking area and equipment clean & hygienic
- Prepare cooking ingredients, dressings on salads and desserts
- Comply with SOP, workplace safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Other duties as and when assigned by Executive Chef
