Reporting to the Tenancy Manager, you will provide general administrative support such as proper filing and scanning of the documentations and other paper works necessary. You will also be involved in leasing/tenancy processing, documentations and administration including preparation of reports, Tenancy Agreements and updating of database system. In addition you will also be attending to tenant’s enquiries on tenancy and financial matters.
- Possesses a GCE "O" Level / Nitec / Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous, organized and a team player
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
