Working Location: Orchard
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Assist customers with seating arrangements.
- Serve food or beverages to the customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Inform customers about the day’s specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Process customer bills or payments.
- Has a good knowledge of the menu.
- Comply with SOP, workplace safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
