Claims Admin

  • Process and maintain data for our corporate clients to ensure claims documents are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist claim administrators on administrative cases.
  • Handle email enquiries from internal or external parties.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with medical claims and employee benefits will be beneficial.
  • Education: Minimum GCE “N” Levels
  • Applicants must be fully vaccinated (according to MOH guidelines w.e.f 14 Feb 2022)
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Office
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage tasks/projects.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and keep a problem-solving attitude.
