Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Product and Experience Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the creation, enhancement, and optimization of travel products and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and a creative mindset to help develop unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and enhancement of travel products and itineraries.
- Assist in the organising and updating the suite of travel products and services on Travel App.
- Conduct market research to identify travel trends, new markets, customer needs, and competitive products.
- Evaluate existing products and services based on customer insights and data, market trends and business environment analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop product and service messaging for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales department to monitor sales and understand customer feedback and market sentiments.
- Support the creation of detailed travel itineraries and guides.
- Help manage content for travel brochures, websites, app, and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the team as and when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong passion for travel and understanding of the Travel Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
