- Oversee and review subsidiary accounts and prepare group consolidation
- PREPARE INVOICE/ PAYROLL ETC
- Able to work independently ( only person in the company who in in charge of account
- Handle full set of company’s account and monthly financial reports
- Cash-flow management of the company’s account and clients’ accounts (IBPA)
- Prepare periodic budget and monthly management reports
- Oversee Bank Reconciliation and update Audit schedules
- Trade debtors and creditors control and general ledger reconciliation
- Review of staff expense claims, operating expenses, and online payment instructions
- Revaluation of trade debtors and creditors and Ageing reports
- Prepare GST returns and ensure timely submission to IRAS
- Reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances
- Prepare MAS statutory returns & regulatory compliance and liaise with MAS officials
- Handle corporate taxation matters and liaison with tax agents & attend queries from IRAS
- Liaise with bank officers, corporate secretary, and other government officials
- Liaison with external auditors on annual statutory audit
- Monitor contracts administration and renewals including TOBA, KYC/CDD
- Review & administration of office general insurance needs, including claims/renewal
- Assist in Corporate Secretarial duties, HRM & general office administration
- Assist in IT-related work, co-ordination & follow-up with external vendor(s)
