We are looking for high-performing System Analyst to join the Cards Technology System Analysis Team, managing the system development, implementation and support of Cards related applications on mainframe platform with overall accountability, ensuring quality design, build and execution of projects.
Responsibilities include:
· Work closely with Business analyst/ Senior System Analyst/ technical managers to understand requirements,
perform impact analysis.
· Understand and contribute to the functional and technical solution from design through to code level.
· Communicate and seek concurrence to refine FSD where required.
· Accountable for end-to-end software development and support. This includes impact analysis, functional
specifications, technical specifications, development, implementation, testing and support.
· Responsible for modifying existing programs when required.
· Ensure the application setup and deployment components are as per the requirements.
· Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support
quality deliverables.
· Troubleshoot, debug and provide production system support.
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
· Create and timely maintain project documentation in accordance with the bank standards.
Job Requirements
· At least 4-7 years of experience in application development and maintenance with full software development life cycle experience
· Functional understanding in Credit Card Ecosystem (Card acquisition, issuance, authorization, settlement, disputes, collections and scheme compliance).
· Technically competent in RPG, COBOL, CL, CICS, Batch and EZT programming
· Strong hands-on functional and technical knowledge of Collection system (CACS) and Cardlink.
· Good to have knowledge of VisionPLUS CTA collection system.
· Concise understanding of the system development life cycle.
· Have experience working on collection Related applications operating on Open Platform e.g., Linux/Windows.
· Understand cross application dependency related to collections applications.
· Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products.

Role Specific Skill Set Requirement
· Strong functional and technical platform knowledge on collection domain CACS, CTA, mainframe (CICS/COBOL) and distributed platforms.
· Project estimation for the deliverables assigned.
· Highlight risk and issues during the project phase.
· Support SIT and UAT defects and work with teams across to close the testing on time.
· Accountable to manage deployments on SIT, UAT and Production.
· Manage the post deployment warranty support and ensure all issues has been addressed before closure.
