Our client is Japanese MNC of NVOCC/ Freight forwarding industry specialized in Sea Freight and handles Imports and Exports LCL, FCL, Cross-trades, Triangle trading, Transportation, Door to door service, Customs clearance, Warehousing and Air Freight services.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, especially in Freight, 3PL, Logistics, Warehousing, with a record of surpassing targets.
- Logistics / Freight / Carrier background without sales experience but are very keen to grow a career in Sales are welcome too as training can be provided
- Meet new and existing customers to identify trade routes and offer freight services.
- Deliver sales presentations daily by meeting customers in person.
- Research, network, and cold-call to identify prospective customers.
- Present our freight services professionally onsite.
- Act as a liaison between the Company and customers, providing up-to-date freight pricing and trade route information.
- Provide timely quotations to customers.
- Maintain customer records accurately.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports and report weekly to the managing director.
- Pursue business opportunities aggressively.
- Coordinate with our sales support and documentation teams for cargo safety and accurate billing.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices with the Finance Controller.
