Job Description
As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Supervise and support our team, foster a positive work culture, and maintain high standards in every aspect of our cafe. From overseeing cleanliness and stock organization to driving sales performance, you'll lead by example and contribute to a vibrant and welcoming environment.
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in the service industry with 1 year experience as a supervisor role, preferrably in a Cafe
- Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH
Salary and Renumeration
- $2600 - $2800 (depends on work exp)
