Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse operational risk incident root-cause-analysis, escalation, reporting to Operational Risk Manager
- Assist in the market conduct and other complaints investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide operational risk management guidance and support to various business functions
- Assist in carrying out the operational risk profile update and reporting to Risk Committee
- Perform secretariat duties for Risk Committee meeting
- Assist on other risk and compliance tasks as required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior / management
Job Requirement
- Degree holder with minimum of 2 years working experience in operational / non-financial risk in the financial institution industry preferably banking/payment services
- Strong understanding of operational risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices including outsourcing
- Meticulous, analytical, able to work independently, as well as work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, curious and possess the ability to challenge processes and propose process improvement initiatives for business units
- A good team player who is able to effectively interact with various business units
