Location: Chai Chee
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Salary: Up to $2.8K + Completion bonus
Job Scope:
• Gather payroll data such as timesheets and working schedule during payroll-processing period.
• Submit payroll claims from AIC, NCSS, and all other manpower grants.
• Perform government paid leave and claim administration.
• Ensure physical and digital employee records (p-file) are properly documented according to audit requirements.
• Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.).
• Provide administration and logistical support for events, and to HR.
• Order get-well hampers, baby gifts, etc.
• Assist with the issuance of staff uniform.
• Any other payroll and benefits administration projects / assignments as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in HR or any relevant field
• Basic knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices, and procedures on payroll and CPF.
