Roles & Responsibilities
- Report to CEO and overseeing a team and be responsible for all finance activities.
- Prepare annual report, ensuring compliance to the SGX listing requirements and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with the Group’s external auditors to ensure Group’s accounts are in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Prepare timely and accurate group financial reports for the management and perform variance analysis
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports across the Group, in accordance with the relevant accounting standards.
- Improve on the quality of reports and analysis.
- Review, update and draft SOPs and process flows as and when required to ensure compliance.
- Preparation of group budget and financial forecast
- Conduct financial analysis for new projects/purchases
- Other adhoc and special projects of the organization
Qualification
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity
- Member or recognised accounting bodies from CPA/CA, CIA or ACCA preferred
- Experience in SGX consolidation and SGX disclosure reporting preferred
- Preferably with listed companies and M&A experience
- Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and business partnership skills
