Responsibilities:
- Review and investigation of incident reports
- Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees
- Provide secretarial and admin support
- Support and coordinate the efforts in the annual review of policies.
- Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts
- Coordinate surveys, analyze data, and follow up with improvement efforts.
- Undertake any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department.
- Any other tasks as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice period
