Job Description:
- Lead, manage and train up local sales and project team to achieve monthly sales target and acceptable profit margin set by Management
- Assist in sales strategy and overall sales direction of company
- Provide leadership and vision to sales department
- Participate in the negotiation of sales contract and ensure terms and conditions are acceptable after evaluating risk and rewards
- Consistently meet customer expectations by ensuring teams provide good service and promt delivery
- Create and maintain good client support
- Maximise company profitability
- Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting for Management review and approval and ensure its team meet or exceed budget/forecast
Requirement:
- Must have more than 6 years of experience holding similar role and industry
- Diploma and above
- Confident and Strong communcation skills
- Driven, meticulous and able to work independently and also in a team
