Job Overview:
The MArkeint Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients and closing sales to meet or exceed required targets. This role involves active prospecting, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, propose suitable solutions.
Job Description:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- To identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, online research, proactive outdoor sales and account management.
- To exercise initiative in setting and executing strategic business and action plans or projects.
Client Relationship Building:
- To build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Execute marketing strategy and growth plan to respective region
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- To deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Products Streamline and harmonisation
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- To propose, negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to market relevant and price competitive .
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- To track and maintain accurate record of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
- To provide accurate sales forecast and reports to management.
Team Collaboration:
- To collaborate with internal department in order to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements: - Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 1-2 years of working experience in Sales, Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
- Team Player with strong technical and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good interpersonal, organization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and hard-working.
