The primary function of the Senior Consultant is to ensure your personal sales results contribute to the branch achieving and exceeding its objectives and KPI’s. This will be achieved by identifying potential recruitment opportunities within a given market place and generating revenue by placing candidates into permanent roles, either in new or existing accounts.
You will be expected to….
· Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets as set
· Implement business plans as directed by the Manager and create personal business plans to achieve branch/personal objectives
· Work closely with colleagues to achieve the branch targets/objectives
· Ensure a healthy sales pipeline
· Conduct sales presentations at client meetings
· Act as a role model for branch staff – displaying a strong work ethic and encouraging a positive working environment
· Mentor other Recruitment Consultants, as directed by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager
· Assist the Manager, as required, in coaching team members, creating and implementing training plans
