Job Description
- Assist in AP/AR data entry and activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Assist with performing month-end accounts closing activities and annual audit
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirement
- N Level and above.
- 1 year of working experience
- Knowledge of AR/AP/GL will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Independent worker and operationally disciplined
- Able to communicate and read English and Chinese
Working details: 5 days (8.30am - 6pm)
