JOB DESCRIPTION
- Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
- Work Type: 1-year (subjected to convertible)
- Salary: Up to $5k
JOB SCOPES:
Student Development
- Build student leaders’ capacity through mentoring and on-the-job guidance, and put in place mechanism for self-responsibility and group accountability.
- Identify and address gaps in leadership development within the HC and implement solutions through active engagement and empowerement.
- Independently evaluate the relevance, inclusiveness and effectiveness of activities.
- Evaluate potential risks of activities, including possible consequences of actions or solutions in relation to the learning experience of student participants, and advise accordingly
Residential Experience
- Identify new stakeholders to expand and strengthen the new and existing Programmes that are designed with suitable pedagogical approaches and oriented towards the development of graduate attributes.
- Take Lead in coordinating a series of Carnival to bring closer to Community.
Administration and Finance Administration
- Assess the asset request for activities and make necessary recommendation for purchase/replacement.
- Oversees HC and guide HCs to adhere to university financial guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Degree in any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience which involves considerable interaction with students or youth.
