Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily.
- Generates revenue by selling over telephone, attend to e-mail inquiries promptly and develop new accounts.
- Understand and interpret basic technical requirements and formulate quotation.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and gather competitive insights.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and provide input to extended team.
- Use tools provided to maintain sales pipelines, track and follow up on quoted item and follow up on sales opportunities till closure.
- Attends training (Sales, Technical and recommended Corporate) per department guidelines.
- Provide support in updating order status to ensure quality standards (Order status, ETA, delivery etc..)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals as well as deliver well qualified appointments for sales manager to follow up.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Able to multi-task and respond to rapid change.
