Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations: inventory, ordering, organization, and cleanliness.
- Hire, onboard, and coach new employees; handle employee issues.
- Promote a positive team culture.
- Plan and schedule shifts for optimal staffing.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with standards through regular inspections.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts; promote special offers and loyalty programs.
- Manage the store budget; monitor expenses and revenue, and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct training to improve employees' product knowledge and service skills.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the service industry, including at least 3 years in a store managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills in store operations, team building, and performance coaching.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
