Head of Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Involving in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company

- Motivate and lead to achieve profitability and business objective
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management, groom and build a team of motivated professionals for the company aggressive expansion plan
- Oversee and ensure smooth running of all aspects of operations
- Define processes and monitoring systems to ensure quality and services are adhered to a high quality standard
Requirements:
- Self-driven, excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue
- Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
