Job Description :
- Overseeing all online marketing activity
- Manage company websites & online marketplaces
- Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.
- Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
- Design collaterals such as product banners inline with marketing campaigns.
- Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
- Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related.
- Required language: English & Mandarin
- Min 2 - 4 year of ecommerce/ marketplace experience preferably from FMCG background.
- Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 marketplaces.
- Creative & resourceful with excellent written and communication skills, copywriting, editing and proofing.
- Possess an interest in cosmetics and consumer products.
- Pro-active, able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Monday – Friday. Alternate Saturdays (half day).
