Responsibilities:
- Provides support to centre operations and general administrative work
- Maintains the centre's database
- Liaise with Principal, Teachers, Parents, and different regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters for families
- Collection of monthly school fees and invoices and supplier payments
- Prepares monthly accrual
- Assist in the timely ordering and replenishing of office items, daily menu items and teaching resources.
- Attend to telephone calls and feedback from parents
- Process enrolment documents and follow up with parents for pending documents and fees
- Ensure that the preschool admission packages and documents are complete and kept up-to-date
- Assist in other admission activities, as and when needed by the school
- To deliver all other admin duties assigned by the principal and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 'N' Level with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Has initiative, is proactive and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as a team player

Working Hours:
Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
1 Sat per mth, 8am to 12pm
