Job Description:
1. Answer calls professionally to provide information to customers on job orders and delivery schedules.
2. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests and also operation staff are properly informed of any request from customers.
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
4. Maintains open communication with clients for unpaid invoices/billings and duly inform Manager when payment is overdue.
5. Preparing weekly/monthly reports to update customers, manager and operations on all inbound/outbound containers and cargo.
6. Ensure billing accuracy and timely.
7. Handle all shipping and trucking for both Penjuru & Tuas
8. Ensure all import / export cargo are tally accordingly to the orders requests by customers
9. Ensure all inbound/outbound container and cargo (load/unloading) photos for record keeping and send to customers
10. Ensure all billing are bill according to all transaction and on time
11. Ensure all vendor’s invoice are endorse before uploading into shared folder for payment
12. Making sure all contractors (stuffing & unstuffing) are on time and all cargo are accounted for against customers D/O
13. Time to time adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communications and negotiations skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas
- Able to start work in short notice
