- Port handling applications knowledge is a must, espically on cargo and gate handling systems.
- Hands on experience on installation of windows systems applications
- Hands on experience in security updates single sign on VPN set up
- Hands on experience in mobile set up of mobility applications

Roles & Responsibilities
- EUC Helpdesk with experience in managing the team and in accordance with SLA requirements both with respect to response time and resolution of tickets.
- Proven experience as a help desk Technical lead consultant or other customer support role espcially for all port operations
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues on laptop and mobility devices on port related applications
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented on port staff members and customers
