Proficient knowledge of how electric bikes are assembled, maintained and repaired
Experience using hand and power tools to replace and repair parts
To analyze, troubleshoot and carry out ebikes maintenance and repair services.
Resolve all technical field issues within the Product family
Reliability and feasibility tests
To manage inventory of spare parts and accessories.
Participate in analyzing, resolving and providing technical support escalated to the team
Drives the development of the project
Participate in discussions on technical and architectural issues
Repair and replace eBike components and systems
Assemble new eBikes out of the box and perform quality control checks
Repair eBikes to the highest of standards, including assessing damage
Diagnose eBike issues and problems and recommend on their solution
Consult clients on eBike usage, maintenance and repairs and provide great customer service
Support pickup/dropoff of repaired bikes from clients’ sites
5+ year of work experience in maintenance and repair of electric bikes
Relevant certification (technical) is better
Familiarity with eBikes and its accessories, including electronic components of bikes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work long and irregular hours
Works well under pressure
Acts quickly and decisively
Maintenance of equipment, apparatus and ebike used.
