Accounts Executive

• Working Days: 5 Days
• Working Timing: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Working Location: Woodlands Link Singapore 738719
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 (Depends on Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist manager in overseeing Accounts department functions, such as monthly and year end closing.
2. Assist manager with yearly financial audit.
3. Bank reconciliation and GST submissions.
4. Accounts Payable functions – process supplier invoices into accounting system and arrange bank transfer for payment.
5. Accounts Receivable functions – update customer payment, prepare monthly statement of accounts, aging report and assist in sales commission system.
6. To review and monitor the work of outsource accounting company, which undertakes the functions of management reports, GST, and annual tax returns.
7. To ensure the accounting process complies with the law.
8. To assist with preparation of any other regulatory submissions.
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in manufactory industry is an advantage.
• Experience in MYOB/ABSS accounting system is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business / Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Office.
