Responsiblities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and conduct onboarding programs.
- Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and conduct regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement performance management systems, facilitate reviews, and support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
- Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support career development initiatives.
- Develop and update HR policies, ensure compliance with local laws, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage payroll, administer employee benefits, conduct salary benchmarking, and oversee wellness programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
