Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Supports the planning, development and implementation of effective omnichannel marketing communication campaigns (e.g. eDM, SMS, Push-Notifications, Website)
- Setting up of both digital and physical marketing campaigns
- Monitoring ongoing campaign performance against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
- Assist in the communicating and collaboration with external marketing agencies or production companies
- Assist in events planning & execution
- Assist in Customer Relationship Management system
- Assist in marketing communication post-campaign analyses
- Provides operational support for the Staff Perks Portal and Tenant Promotion Portal
Project Management Support
- Assist in the budget and forecast for projects
- Assist and work closely with internal stakeholders in monitoring and ensure that project progress meets the project specifications, target timeline and is within project budget
- Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders
Administration
- Facilitation of internal and external meetings
- Take minutes for weekly meetings and disseminate to the team in the next working day
- Perform data analysis when required
- Process invoices when required
- Responds to enquiries from the Rewards Staff Program (RSP) email inbox
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing or related roles
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with high initiative, drive and determination to succeed
- Basic skills and flair in creative design/editing (e.g. Adobe, Canva) is a plus
- Experience in the e-commerce, aviation or travel industry is advantageous
