Job Scope:
· Assist and support the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies.
· Coordinate with external stakeholders for all creative production/adaptations, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Manage gifting and seasonal samples inventory and logistic coordination.
· Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars, and work requests.
· Prepare marketing budget sanction form, invoices, and other related documents.
· Other essential administrative duties.
Requirements:
· Min Degree in Marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Effective coordination, time, and project-management skills.
· Meticulous, organized, and detailed-oriented.
· Fast-learner and resourceful.
· Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
