- Ensure accurate, complete and timely payments and reimbursements
- Process and verify claims, ensure approvals are in accordance to Delegation of Authority
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and Returned/Stale cheques/drafts/TT
- Manage and process year-end accrual transactions
- Assist in system enhancements and standardization of processes and identify areas for improvements and enhancements
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
