Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who are self-driven to communicate with clients and close deals. You will be responsible for keeping in close contact with prospective clients from enquiry to onboarding, managing their expectations, introducing our capabilities, and addressing their concerns in a prompt and strategic manner.
Job Scope:
- Handle email and phone enquiries, communicate and meet with new clients to understand business needs.
- Craft customized emails for sales leads, according to their unique situations.
- Conduct sales presentations, system demonstrations, and facility tours to pitch our solutions.
- Determine, plan, and propose quotations based on client's requirements.
- Communicate with various departments to facilitate smooth transition of new customers, and ensure that rate structures match operational processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and stay updated on mass media and current news, and propose sales leads accordingly.
- Build and maintain business relationships with existing portfolio of clients.
- Maintain marketing materials such as article write-ups, digital brochures, company profile, presentations etc.
Job Requirement:
- Possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong command of written and verbal English, and verbal Mandarin
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, identify patterns, multitask, and prioritize tasks logically.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
