Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries from customers
- Provide prompt and accurate information to all customers' enquiries
- Achieve student revenue and enrolment budget for courses
- Assist in student registration, school cashiering and sales of books
- Assist in liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule
- Assist to conduct trial lessons, open house and students’ concerts/graduation events
- Liaise with teacher on student matters
- Update and maintain student records
- Ensure proper submission of documentation and correspondence with various department
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in admin & customer service
- Excellent interpersonal & commnucation skills
- Able to commit to retail hours includng weekends and public holidays.
